Sleep post correction

An astute commenter pointed out that I the numbers in the paper on sleep and fat loss wrong. I wrote that from the entire 3.0 kg lost, 2.4 kg than fat lost sleep group and 1.4 kg fat from the lost the low sleep group total 2.9 kg.

In fact, 1.4 2.9 kg than fat lost sleep group and low sleep group lost 0.6 from 3.0 kg than fat. So I messed up all the numbers.Sorry for the Fehler.Der main point of the post is yet but: sleep deprivation negatively affects body composition.
