Obesity and the brain

Nature Genetics published only a paper that my interest (1) caught. Investigators reviewed the studies that have attempted to determine the associations between genetic variants and common obesity (as assessed by body mass index or BMI). In other words, saw for "Genes", are believed to make people fat.

There are a number of genetic variants that associate with increased or decreased risk of obesity.These fall into two categories: rare single mutations to create dramatic obesity and common variants that belly on a very small impact on body have appreciated too first category can for common obesity account because it is much too rare and the latter probably either do it because it has too little influence
