Parkour visions Summit and talk

On August 13-15, are my friends Rafe Kelley and Tyson Cecka hosting a Parkour Summit in your Seattle gym Parkour visions. For those of you not familiar with the sport, here is a description of the Parkour visions Web site:
"The essence of parkour can be determined easily: it is the art to overcome obstacles as quickly and efficiently as possible with your body." The basics include running, jumping and climbing and we build on this basis to improve our ability, under, around and through obstacles to pass more complex movements. Parkour is a system of fitness training, the power, speed, agility, coordination, stamina, endurance and improved precision. "It offers a full-body workout at every level of experience and improves your ability to use your confidence to change how the world sehen.Parkour be practitioners called Traceurs."The Summit will be seminars on strength training, prevention of injuries and rehabilitation, and diet and Parkour jams, a round table and a dinner will enthalten.Ich 14 from noon to 1: 00 give a talk entitled "Natural food for sustainable athletic performance" on Saturday, August.
